Refunds and Exchange Policy

In order for us to adhere to our commitment to provide only the top-quality products amongst our available stocks in the warehouse, Lush Hair Extensions currently does not entertain requests for product refunds. 

However, we do entertain requests for the exchange of only custom products or bespoke with proof of a faultiness, any queries regarding the exchange can be directed through the contact us section, from there we will be in touch about the appropriate steps for which to initiate the exchange. If there is accepted proof of fault in the product, we will be able to fix your product and send it back to you; we will not offer to send any new products as a form of ‘exchange’ or compensation, the only method of exchange is through amending the existing product to address the raised faults.

Any products that are considered ‘in-stock products’ or fit within that category of products will not be eligible for any exchange or refund due to the nature and typical use periods of the products.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for any special colors such as Red, Purple, Yellow, Green etc. which customers may request during color matching services, outside of the colors we have on displayed on the product pages, as these are customized for you.

A fault must be reported within 2 weeks of receiving your extensions. Any faults reported after 2 weeks will not be eligible for an exchange. Any products that have been worn, tampered with, washed, or any in any way considered as being ‘used’ will not be accepted or be eligible for any form of refund or exchange.

 

If you are unhappy with your order;

Please follow the steps below;

1) Send us an email with pictures - within 24 hours of receipt of your item(s).

The hair extensions you receive must not be worn or installed if you would like to exchange or refund them.

2) Explain the problem in as much detail as possible.

3) We will look into your request and get back to you within 24-48 hours with a quick and hassle-free exchange option in the first instance.

 

Note, If you discover a fault within the first week of installing your hair extensions please contact us within 14 days of receipt and follow steps 1 and 2 above, step 3 will also apply. If we agree to an exchange, your order must be returned back to us within 14 days and as based on the return instructions you receive. 

** Lush Hair is not bound by law to accept exchanges or returns on our custom made human hair extensions. However, based on a recent review of our business, we do facilitate some exchanges based on the terms we have listed above.

Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against you.
